Bug Description

Wine 1.6.2 doesn't respect locale (in Polish) language while libreoffice does. It is on xfce and ubuntu-mate-core both for wine 64 bit and 32 bit.

Reproducable always. Set locale to pl_PL (Polish), open notepad.exe and type ółźćęą (olxcea with right alt)
