I think that there is an already a quite know method for install wine 32 bit on amd 64[1]

Mainly need
libxxf86dga1 (32bit missing)
ia32-libs (already in amd64 repo)
lib32asound2 ia32-libs-sdl (already in amd64 repo)

So i think that is quite trivial to insert a wine32 version in amd64 rerpo.
Any news about this issue?
