Yep, everything worked fine under Gutsy.

I guess the thing to do would be to build and try 0.9.46 under Hardy. And then try 0.9.48 under Gutsy.

I'll try and do this in the next few days.

My gut(sy) feeling is that this is down to the new versions of Gnome and/or X, but time will tell.
