Wine fails to start

I cannot launch wine anymore, I see the error message:

"err:winediag:nodrv_CreateWindow Application tried to create a window, but no driver could be loaded."

A workaround is launching wine with a command line starting with:

"VK_ICD_FILENAMES=/usr/share/vulkan/icd.d/intel_icd.x86_64.json wine ..."

and in this way it loads and works normally.

It sounds like the bug 51210:

So perhaps the fix is already available

I also found that several windows program that worked perfectly in the previous version (like the VICE emulator), now crash:
