There's an option available for that: --trust-server-names
wget --trust-server-names http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/webadmin/webmin/1.510/webmin_1.510-2_all.deb?use_mirror=kent will give you the webmin_1.510-2_all.deb filename that you expect. Note however that when using --trust-server-names a malicious server could also provide you with a bad filename such as .profile which could get executed automatically when downloaded in home.
