The sentence is cut short because in the original info docs, the remainder
of the sentence is dedicated to pointing you toward another info node. If
these sentences (there are two of them) were rearranged to "*Note Foo::,
for more information about bar.", the conversion tools would completely
remove them, instead of leaving them dangling, and no one would be the
wiser.

It's purely a cosmetic issue, mind you, as the rearranged (and now
disappearing) sentences would provide you with no more information than
before.
