Approved, just bindings. Contrary to the MIR, I promoted the documentation package, too. I don't see a reason to not include documentation into main as well, and its dependency (monodoc-manual) is in main as well. If there is something problematic about monodoc-webkit-manual, please let me know here, and I demote it again.
