The relevant part of the log appears to be:

    intel_do_flush_locked failed: Erro de entrada/saída

and this looks similar to https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102226.

Can you look for relevant messages mentioning a gpu hang in dmesg?
