Binary package hint: wallpaper-tray

Upstream is already up to version 0.5.5 of this essential utility, but the Ubuntu package in Hardy is still only 0.4.6-5. Since the current Ubuntu packages contains many minor functionality bugs, it would be nice to be in sync to upstream before reporting them, as they may already be fixed in the latest release.
