the original issue in dapper, see bug comments, it seems quite some similar issues hijacked the bug over time which makes hard to determine now what bug is an issue in which context and which version, that's why users who still have an issue should open new clear bugs we can work on efficiently rather than keep commenting on this collection of issues one
