Please sync viennacl (multiverse) 1.5.1-1 from unstable (main) and move to universe

No longer needs to be in multiverse, since OpenCL is available in universe. viennacl has moved to main from contrib in Debian.

Also, NB, viennacl 1.5.1 doesn't need to be in multiverse (whereas 1.2.0 is) -- it builds against opencl-headers and ocl-icd-libopencl1, which are both in universe.

Reopening as changing the component at the same time as syncing a new version doesn't work. I'll do that once it's built and in trusty.
