For me it does not go away.

Do 'apt-get install util-linux/testing' and put util-linux on-hold.
Restarting the machine may be necessary.

Yup, I would like to see it fixed somewhen. Currently there are two
fatal bugs in Debian (IMHO): this one, and that perl rc bugs are stalling
way too many packages already.
