HWCLOCKPARS mistyped HWCLOCPARS in /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh

Bug Description

In at least two different places in the file

  /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh

the variable HWCLOCKPARS seems to be misspelled HWCLOCPARS. This means any user setting to this variable is ignored in those places.

patch -p1 <hwclock.patch
