HWCLOCKPARS not always used due to typos

Bug Description

The files /etc/init.d/{hwclock,hwclockfirst}.sh include a variable HWCLOCKPARS at the top. However, during the rest of the script, it is sometimes wrongly referenced as HWCLOCPARS.

I came across this after adding HWCLOCKPARS=--directisa on a Dell PowerEdge and the system clock could *still* not be set after the next reboot.
