The problem is in MCONFIG:

CPU=3D$(shell uname -m)
ARCH=3D$(shell echo $(CPU) | sed 's/i.86/intel/;s/arm.*/arm/')

$ uname -m
x86_64

Please use dpkg-architecture to determine the target architecture.

$ dpkg-architecture=20
