Comment 9 for bug 1590892

I have no idea what it is but if you have it you should get rid of it. Check your /var/log/DpkgTerminalLog.txt file for a line that looks like this:

insserv: Starting runmbbservice depends on plymouth and therefore on system facility `$all' which can not be true!

It may say something else in your case.
