The output of sudo hwinfo --frambuffer Edit (1.2 KiB, text/plain)

Same here:
"usplash: no usable screen found for resolution 640x480.
Screen init failed".
I use a Dell Inspiron 510m (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LaptopTestingTeam/DellInspiron510m) with a 1400x1050 screen.
