I will attach my output of the following:

sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.txt
cat /boot/grub/menu.lst > menu.lst
cat /etc/usplash.conf > usplash.conf
uname -a > uname-a.txt

I've incorrectly marked this ticket as dup, but changed that, and marked this bug as the master, as the relevance seems more correct and straightforward.
