Thanks for your bug report. In order to help that bug getting fixed, can you provide the following informations?

1. The actual resolution of your screen (as shown in System / Administration / Screens and Graphics)
2. The result of this command on a terminal : cat /etc/usplash.conf
3. The result of this command on a terminal : uname -a
4. The result of this command on a terminal : lspci -nn | grep VGA
