I don't think usb_modeswitch has ever handled this device; to be certain, I'd like to see a "lsusb" output.

If you enter "lsusb" with the device plugged, you might recognize the line with its ID (<vendor>:<product>).

Once you have that, enter "lsusb -v -d <vendor>:<product>" and attach the output.
