  * New upstream release:
    - Fixed race condition in ptrace() code. LP: #264711.
    - Fixed runlevel to output "unknown" not "N N". LP: #400248.
    - Fixed runlevel to prefix error messages with filename. LP: #400241.

  * Provide/Conflict/Replace the agreed "upstart-job" meta-package.
    LP: #399799.
  * Bump dpkg dependency to 1.2.16
