But I have no solution yet.
The above step has no effect for me:

Updating packages lists
PPA to be removed: https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers ppa
Warning: Could not find package list for PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~oibaf/+archive/graphics-drivers ppa

Updating still fails.

Can you please give me a hint *how* I can identify the issue on my system? Thx
