Comment 5 for bug 899648

After running the commands in #4 and having received this output amoung other:

Need to get 2,483 kB of archives.
After this operation, 678 kB disk space will be freed.

I got a message from update notifier that I have 3 updates available (as before), I selected show updates and then install updates, after about a minute got the same screen and no updates installed, I cicked on install updates again, I had to wait about 5 minutes and got same error as before.
