Ok. It looks like oneiric does not use those pidgin PPA's at all. Not yet at least. Lets just remove them all together.

Run:
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pidgin-ppa
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pidgin-ppa.list.save
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pidgin-ppa.list.distUpgrade

See if that clears the apt-get update.
