Bug Description
When I try to upgrade Oneiric Beta release through the update manager, I get a pop up asking for a "Partial Upgrade". If I click that, it shows "Calculating changes.." and then it crashes. However, if I close the "Partial Upgrade" window and chose to upgrade normally, it works fine. However, in the normal upgrade window, I can't select all the upgrades, most of them are disabled.
