Bug Description
Daily `update-manager -d' crashed today, as it prompted to do a partial upgrade. Upon confirming partial upgrade, update-manager window changes to distribution upgrade dialog, which crashes sometime later, leading to a "System program problem detected" dialog feedback loop when trying to proceed as a normal user (even after prompted with password.)
Bug had to be reported using `sudo apport-bug /var/crash/
