Comment 30 for bug 68027

Through this method I could not upgrade Xubuntu from 6.10 to 7.04. Everything looked fine, and it says no longer says there is a new version available. However, everything that I can see is exactly the same, with no mentions of the new versions in sources.list, or at the splash, help files, etc. It didn't break anything -- it just didn't update.
