I've been getting the same error dozens of times in my attempt to upgrade from Dapper to Edgy.

perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = "en_CA:en",
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG = "en_CA.UTF-8"
    are supported and installed on your system.
