Upgrading Karmic to Lucid via the "alternate CD" method does not work.
Trying to execute the distribution upgrade by executing "sudo ./cdromupgrade" leads to an error message saying that the "update-manager-kde" package is marked for removal but is in the removal blacklist and the upgrade does not proceed.
