Binary package hint: update-manager

I'm using Dapper 6.06 LTS.
Changelogs for packages from dapper-updates don't appear in update-manager (see screenshot in attachement).

I too have had absolutely no changelogs for any updated packages in Dapper. The updates manager briefly flashes a message saying "Downloading the list ..." then the display area becomes completely blank.

If I move to Synaptic, select one of the upgradable packages and then click on Package (in the menu) > Download Changelog, it reports "Failed to fetch the changelog".

E.g. for the update of acpi-support on Wed 21st June 06 I get the following error msg:

Failed to fetch the changelog for acpi-support
URI was: http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/a/acpi-support/acpi-support_0.85/changelog

If I navigate to the URL above in my browser I find that "acpi-support_0.85/changelog" does not exist in http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/changelogs/pool/main/a/acpi-support/
