Bug Description
Binary package hint: update-manager
Since the upgrade to Dapper, the update-manager shows no changelogs for updatable packages. After clicking a package in the list, a message "downloading changes" or something like that shows up for a second, but afterwards the field is empty again.
In aptitude, the "C" shortcut is reported to work, so it seems not to be a problem with the changelogs themselves.
