I tried again about an hour later and it worked. The only thing that I
think is a "bug" is that the exit from this situation wasn't as graceful as
I'd like and it didn't give me a "retry" button for the upgrade. I had to
log off/on to get back the upgrade button. Not a major thing, but since
this is likely to occur during the next release in 6 months it might be
worth thinking about.
