I'm afraid this will not make it for jaunty because this requires to change software-properties to run
as user (it currently runs as root) and to modify user settings. It will need a dbus/policykit based backend
so that it can change system and user settings from the same UI.

A good thing to do anyway, but something that is not feasible anymore for 9.04.
