Comment 5 for bug 197428

This update seems to be stuck for me. It has been installing for about 20 minutes already. Here is what the output of Update Manager says.

Oops, I think I killed the process as I was trying to copy the text. I'll post a screen shot. Let me know what else you'd need to know.

I'll try to avoid messing with my system until you get the information that you need. I have not yet closed my update manager.
