Also affects me and is not limited to the "needs to restart" dialogue box.

It also happens for the "computer is up to date" dialogue box shown after applying updates.

Maybe for ANY such dialogue box?

Please fix, this is a real annoyance to having to click on "OK" just to stop the CPU fan spinning all the time.
