Sorry for inconveninece and unecessary additionaly work.
The problem was, supposedly, too little diskspace. Increasing the space on the root-partition and running
apt-get -f install
and
apt-get dist-upgrade
seems to have solved the problem.
However, shouldn't there have been a check for enough space prior to the upgrade (The desktop-version's update-manager definately has one)?
Anyway, the porblem, for me, is solved and this bug-report can be closed (at least form my point of view).
