Binary package hint: upgrade-system

I am trying to upgrade from 6.10 - 7.04

Towards the end of 'Fetching and installing upgrades' the follow halts the upgrade;

Michael, am I correct to assume that this can be closed as wontfix because the 6.10-7.04 upgrade path is no longer supported?
