while testing unity8-snap on classic i had to run through the wizard.
there are 2 bugs i noticed with selecting the language layout.

1) the very first thing you will see in the first video frame, is that sometimes the selection ends up odd - not actually sitting on the items selected

2) the scroll of the choice list is insanely fast and uncontrollable - also i noticed that the mouse being near the top of the list exacerbates the controllable issue, if i move the mouse cursor to hover toward the bottom of the list, the control seems to be there.
