Comment 1 for bug 1466526

This is known and currently intentional until we come back to work on the tablet form factor and side stage interactions. Until then you can probably undo this change on your own device by modifying /etc/ubuntu-touch-session.d/flo.conf and rebooting, but if it breaks you get to keep the pieces. We don't support that change.
