Bug Description

"When a user taps to install an app, the app icon should be instantly placed into all locations it will appear when the download is complete, and the icon should display the 'downloading animation' (filling with colour) until the download is complete."

This will require some coordination between download manager, maybe apps scope and unity8, adding the relevant tasks.
