Missing application installation animation

There isn't currently application installation animation in the launcher. One needs to be implemented.

When an application is installed also gets automatically pinned to the launcher.

Values:
- Finished installation section: 100% saturation, 100% opacity
- Remaining installation section: 0% saturation, 30% opacity

So far my understanding was that we have pinned apps and recently used apps on the launcher. Both need to be already installed to appear in one of those categories.

On Ubuntu Desktop when you install an App it gets automatically pinned to the launcher and install progress is shown. I would suggest the same behaviour for unity8
