Bug Description
I installed 12.04 beta 2 64-bit and updated all packages. If I set autohide behaviour for launcher, I have weird problems with placement of windows. The setup is like on the first screen. When I'm on workspace with firefox, I click on Clementine's icon on launcher, and after that when I click on firefox's icon, very often, firefox gets displaced like in second screenshot (small bottom part of the firefox is displayed atop of clementine window, major part is on the workspacw below). Displacement occurs almost every time if firefox's window is alligned to left bottom, and sometimes when not. It doesn't need to be Clementine and firefox, it's just an example (it happens with Terminal, All Settings, etc.).

This bug is present even if launcher isn't set to autohide. If the application is positioned below the launcher, like on the screenshoot, same thing happens when switching to application on another desktop, and then trying to switch to previous application. So, I guess it isn't autohide's fault.
