Bug Description
Today I tried to upgrade my son's machine from 11.10 to 12.04. Things went generally ok except the unity panel and launcher and window decorations all went away. The attached information was from before the report, but during the upgrade. Unfortunately I will not be able to reproduce this as the machine will have been upgraded.
