CMakeCache.txt: GSETTINGS_LOCALINSTALL:BOOL=ON

Though I still think this is a bug. It seems to me that com.canonical.Unity.gschema.xml should honour CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX by default. Not as a special condition.
