When the Dash is open, the top bar should use a different set of indicator icons tailored for use on a transparent background.

Desired Resolution:
- When the Dash is open, the indicator icons should be replaced by the special set of indicator icons attached to this bug. See ubuntu-mono-glow.tar.bz2
