installing more lenses shouldn't slow down the opening of the Dash. I currently have ~20 installed on both a "slow" and a "fast" computer and it doesn't impact the fluidity of the Dash (which is excellent on one and terrible on the other). The worst case scenario for these lenses is that they can eat more ram than they should. Nevertheless, I don't know your exact configuration, so maybe they affect your Dash in one way or the other: you can make sure they have been properly removed by looking in /usr/share/unity/lenses and see if they have left files of folders (which should have the lenses names) behind.
