when we open terminal in maximized window than if we move our mouse cursor slowly slowly towards the launcher than the launcher didn't show.easy to reproduce
1)
   open terminal in maximed window
2)
   move cursor towards the launcher slowly slowly (not too much slow)
3)
  result will be in frount of u,
