Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

1.open a window in some application (say firefox)
2.open another window by hotkey (you have to set it up to open by hotkey first)
see that the newly opened window does not get focus

this is extremely annoying for someone who uses nothing but keyboard.

Yes, it is reproducible...
it happens every time the following steps are followed:

1. Create a hotkey (ctrl-alt-t) for the gnome terminal.
2. Open firefox.
3. press ctrl-alt-t to open the terminal

I expect to see the terminal in focus.
Instead, the firefox window remains in focus.

Could you attach a video of the problem. Here is what I did and failed
to reproduce the issue.

1. started firefox, maximized it
2. pressed ctrl+alt+t, terminal opened and had the focus.

then also tried with firefox unmaximized and still no issue.

REVISED description of steps to reproduce:

1. Create a hotkey (ctrl-alt-t) for the gnome terminal.
2. Open firefox.
3. press ctrl-alt-t to open the terminal
4. bring focus back to firefox
5. press ctrl-alt-t to open another terminal

I expect to see the newest terminal in focus.
Instead, the firefox window remains in focus.

A video is attached.

The same problem with focus as described on bug #755697 (probably a compiz focus stealing prevention issue).
