First: Thanks for your work as volunteer :)
Second: Please, understand it's frustrating to see a bug without movimient over 2 years and in 1 minute changed to "incomplete". I think it could be more soft and ask before to change to something like "incomplete" :)

Thanks for your link "Good Software Takes Ten Years. Get Used To it", it's really interesting.
