Part-1 is solved, the app launcher is working well now with all icons. The area selector switch upper right is okay.

Part-2 still exist, when typing program names the icons shrink to the right one. But 'enter' did not start the program, only a space appears in the dialog field. This is different to the 10.10 netbook unity.
